INCO Terms and Freight Insurance Training

Our courses are a short course that can be completed by most learners in 4 hours, with a certificate of competency at the successful completion. A very high level of student interactivity to reinforce learning points, this could be the best investment of half a day you have ever made.

Description

Tens of millions of dollars in Insurance claims go unpaid every week.

Many disputes arise when incorrect international commercial (INCO) terms are used with incompatible Insurance Policy terms.  INCO terms rules are intended primarily to clearly communicate the tasks, costs and risks associated with the global or international transportation and delivery of goods.  INCO terms inform sales contracts defining respective obligations, costs, and risks involved in the delivery of goods from the seller to the buyer.
