This workshop is designed for new users of Trade Single Window (TSW) online. Prices starting from $205-$870.00 excluding GST per person based on the duration of the workshop CBAFF membership discount is available if you are a registered member. Description

The workshop will take you through;

Becoming a registered user of TSW (including Organisations, Administrators and Premises)
Applying for supplier and client codes
Understanding new WC03 message formats and requirements
Navigating TSW online (general guidance for viewing lodgements, registrations and agency responses)
Submitting Import and Export declarations via TSW online (working through practical examples of Import/Export lodgements and explaining some of the features of fields within TSW)* Please note registered users who wish to submit Import/Export lodgements to NZ Customs, must have a declarant code and Unique User Identifier (PIN number).

Prerequisites

Access to TSW is strictly controlled and all users must be registered i.e. Brokers, Freight forwarders, Express couriers, Shipping lines and Airlines, Importers and Exporters, Approved premises.

This will be an interactive course with our trainer and taught in a virtual classroom using the video conferencing tool, Zoom. This course is designed as an introduction to the CBAFF Customs UUI course. Anyone who does not have at least 12 months working experience in the New Zealand Customs Broking Industry is strongly recommended to first attend this course before they attempt the UUI Course. The Introduction course will provide you with the knowledge needed to confidently participate in the UUI Course.

You must have a computer or laptop with a web cam and speakers or headphones to be able to log on and complete this course.
